Always have been great to work with and great at communicating. We have gone through numerous septic companies in the past, none of which were reliable and maintained the systems as they were supposed to. Macho saved the day numerous times and have been the only reliable company to service our septic system for the past 15 years!

After discovering our septic tank (about 26 years old) was corroded and needed replacement, I started researching for a contractor to do the work. I eventually narrowed it to Macho Contracting. I made contact and received an immediate response from the owner, Alfredo. He came out on a Saturday morning to survey the situation, and had a proposal back to me the following Tuesday. We agreed to the contract and they took over, submitting documents to Maricopa County, and securing the necessary permit (Tabitha did a great job at this phase). You need to be patient in this phase, knowing how tedious it can get through government process. The permit was issued and work began within the next week. The construction team was excellent; respectful, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. The new tank, which had to be upsized a little from the original by county provisions, was set alongside the existing tank. Necessary piping was rerouted (which took less than an hour) and we were on the new tank. The process was very efficient and we were kept informed as to when crews were going to be on site. The project was completed to our satisfaction and we appreciate working with a quality contractor like Macho. Highly recommended.

Macho Contracting is amazing! My leach field met the end of its life. I had requested three different quotes from different companies and not only was Macho's quote the best, the way they dug the new leach pit was superior to the plan anyone else had quoted. Macho were on time and did an outstanding job! The cleanup was fantastic! Also, most companies don't offer a cash discount! Thank you so much for what you all did for my wife and myself. If I ever have another plumbing issue, Macho will be the first call I make.

Excellent experience! First, we called several companies, and Macho was the only one to call us back. Alfredo got someone out to my place right away. John arrived exactly when he was supposed to and was very fast and efficient. Turns out my septic system was clogged with flushable wipes (do not flush these!). He cleared the system and explained everything to me during the process, which I really appreciated. Super friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this company for septic service.

Truly Thankful for These People May 1, 2025

I called Macho Contracting and they came out and did the job two days later. They were responsive, explained everything along the way, and sent video and pictures. I needed baffles and a pipe replaced and a certification, and they did a great job. Now with the tank certified, I can sell my Dad's house, who we lost in December. They didn't try to upcharge or take advantage of the situation. I'm truly thankful for these people. Robby, Slade, and Daniel, thank you again. God bless you.
