Avoid Big Name Plumbing Companies
Saved me $2-3k on a new pump that had nothing wrong with it, but a big-name plumber said he didn’t know why it was pumping fine but the alarm was going off, so he wanted to charge me for a new pump (they always do that when it’s never the pump), but it just needed the switches repositioned and one of two switches failed; $480 for two new switches (included or $150 diagnosis). Don’t ever call a big-name plumbing company to fix pump alarm issues; only a pump specialist.

Can't brag on these guys enough
We experienced a clog in the main line the day after a major holiday. Macho Contracting returned my call within five minutes of leaving a message on the 24-hour emergency line (while several other companies took hours or simply did not call back). A Macho plumber, named Kenneth M, was at my door within an hour and fixed the issue in under two hours. Can't brag on these guys enough. I won't use anyone else moving forward. They helped me with a repair in a sewer main that carries 20” pipeline that was 23 feet deep from the manhole. Got us fixed up and back running in no time. After discovering our septic tank (about 26 years old) was corroded and needed replacement, I started researching for a contractor to do the work. I eventually narrowed it to Macho Contracting. I made contact and received an immediate response from the owner, Alfredo. He came out on a Saturday morning to survey the situation, and had a proposal back to me the following Tuesday. We agreed to the contract and they took over, submitting documents to Maricopa County, and securing the necessary permit (Tabitha did a great job at this phase). You need to be patient in this phase, knowing how tedious it can get through government process. The permit was issued and work began within the next week. The construction team was excellent; respectful, polite, and knew exactly what they were doing. The new tank, which had to be upsized a little from the original by county provisions, was set alongside the existing tank. Necessary piping was rerouted (which took less than an hour) and we were on the new tank. The process was very efficient and we were kept informed as to when crews were going to be on site. The project was completed to our satisfaction and we appreciate working with a quality contractor like Macho. Highly recommended.

Macho Contracting is amazing! My leach field met the end of its life. I had requested three different quotes from different companies and not only was Macho's quote the best, the way they dug the new leach pit was superior to the plan anyone else had quoted.
